If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 15 days of the product and we will issue you with a credit note for the price you paid for the item. The credit note could be utilized for your future purchases. The same applies if you wish to cancel your order. In the case of defective or wrong products, you can just inform us (no need to return the defective or wrong item to us) and we will replace it for you.

How do returns work?

You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:

1. Log into your ALIFREADS account

2. Go to My Orders

3. Copy the Order ID

4. Email us this Order ID from your registered Email ID

Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request from the ‘My Orders’ section of your ALIFREADS account.
